Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery Details

We want to make sure your new products get to you as quickly as possible, so please take note of our delivery processes below so you'll know exactly when you can expect them. 

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.

We offer a courier service to all areas of South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer deliveries outside of the borders of South Africa at this stage. 

Our delivery prices are based on geographical location as follows:

·         Local Delivery (Greater Johannesburg area) = R125.00

·         Nationwide Delivery (outside of Greater Johannesburg area) = R125.00

You accept that for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Our delivery time once the order is with our courier service provider, The Courier Guy, is overnight for main urban centres and up to three days for outlying areas. 

We commit to a general shipping timeline of 2 to 7 working days after payment has reflected in our account

Should there be any exceptions to the above we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement but will always endeavour to ensure your products are delivered in the shortest possible timeframe.


Collection Option

You can collect your Kallima Lifestyle Clinic order from our premises. Collection orders must await collection email before collecting from the clinic.

Delivery Disclaimer 

Kallima Lifestyle Clinic makes use of a third party courier service and therefore does not accept nor take any responsibility for the following:

Delays in delivery once an order has been dispatched to the third party courier service;

Delays owing to incomplete information provided by customers

Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers;

Deliveries received at the shipping address by persons other than the purchaser.


Return and Refunds

The provision of goods and services by Kallima Lifestyle Clinic is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Kallima Lifestyle Clinic will contact you with options

An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Kallima Lifestyle Clinic.

If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Kallima Lifestyle Clinic within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed state, we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we will pass your feedback onto the supplier of the product. The supplier's remedy is then up to their own discretion and Kallima Lifestyle Clinic itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.

No medicinal products such as pills can be returned to Kallima Lifestyle Clinic.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact Kallima Lifestyle Clinic within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick, we will arrange to swap the 'incorrect' product for the one ordered on our account.
